Aerobics is form of exercise which is associated with loosing weight. It comprises stretching and dancing, and if done regularly will make you flexible as well as fit. There are three sessions of aerobics, first is the beginning session, then is the intermediate session and finally the third session is advance session. In a research, it was shown that this exercise helps in efficient use of oxygen and also helps in conditioning of the lungs. This ultimately reduces stress. There is a wide variety of exercises in aerobics. It has cardio exercises, stretching exercises, and these exercises play a very important role in making the heart more strong and also help in lowering cholesterol.
