The surgery involves an extensive preparatory method for melting the stored fat under the skin. These preparatory steps are undertaken in both the liposuction surgeries. These two liposuction surgeries differ basically on the basis of their method.

One is tumescent liposuction while the other is known as ultrasound-assisted liposuction. While in tumescent liposuction, a fluid containing epinephrine is injected in the body, ultrasound-assisted liposuction makes use of cannula. This injection also contains anesthesia to make the particular body benumbed. The primary function of these drugs is to make body unconscious to the pain in the surgery. However, cannula tube generates ultra sonic waves to melt the fat, which is sucked out through these cannulas itself.

Pain is integrals part of any liposuction surgery, whether it is conducted on face, arms or belly. So, while you are planning to go for a liposuction surgery, make sure you have capability enough to pain.

Liposuction is a good way to reduce flabby thighs and bulging belly but make sure you take a healthy diet after you have gone a liposuction as patients also feel a little weakness. This weakness is temporary and can be evaded by having a healthy diet.
