Often women complaint of large butt and big hips and they do not know the way to get them in shape. Here is an easy hip trimming exercise for all those women, who are perturbed with heavy bumps. While performing these exercises make sure you perform them on an exercise mat to ensure safety to the body muscles.
Body muscles have the tendency to damage while body is stretched and molded, so one must exercise of either the carpet of green grass or thick exercise mats should be made use of.
For trimming your upper thighs perform these steps. First lie down on the ground towards your right side with the right leg resting in a bending position on the floor. Now extend your left leg and lift your head a bit by giving it support with your right hand. Staying in the same position, raise your left leg high up to a height that it is possible.
Make sure your left knee is not bent rather it is raised straight. Breathing is very important in exercise, so while you lie down on your right side exhale air and when you lift your left leg up inhale air to allow oxygen to the muscles. Repeat this exercise at least ten times and you will surely see the results.
