It is usually said that a healthy mind has a healthy body. In many ways it is a correct saying which is justified by the fact that a healthy body is free from ailments and capable of enduring any disease. A proper ingredient of fit body is healthy diet habits which include moderate eating with a healthy mix of proteins and carbohydrates. Along with regular exercise with proper weight training, one can include cycling, yoga, swimming, jogging, pilates, rope skipping, running and cardiovascular exercises to strengthen the heart muscles. Once, one begins the proper schedule and remains cautious of every extra calorie intake, only then can one successfully lose body weight and increase its muscles.
However it will be incorrect to say that one can lose weight with exercise alone as only exercising cannot help in fighting obesity related issues, which can in future, aggravate heart problems and can result in fatal strokes along with respiratory diseases, digestion problems, eating disorders and kidney complications.
Such diseases cannot be fought alone with exercise as they cannot fight with intrinsic ailments of the body. In order to fight obesity, one has to modulate eating tendencies which will help in future as the body will adapt itself if proper diet regiment is followed along with plenty of water intake as well as juice fasts which help in purging the system and detoxifying it completely.
If all the above said regiments are followed diligently, then one can achieve the desired results in the form of a healthy body.
